We do not support or contribute to spam email in any way. Nobody wants spam email, including us. By filling out our contact forms you agree that we are allowed to sign you up for our email newsletter which you can unsubscribe from at anytime.

Exposure LLC respects your privacy
Any personal information you provide to us including and similar to your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Small Business SEO.
Credit card details
Exposure LLC does not store you credit card information. When you checkout on the website your information is securely passed to Square Merchant services or PayPal, and processed there.
External Sites
Exposure LLC is not responsible for the content of external internet sites. You are advised to read the privacy policy of external sites before disclosing any personal information.
Cookies
A “cookie” is a small data text file that is placed in your browser and allows Small Business SEO to recognize you each time you visit this site (customization etc). Cookies themselves do not contain any personal information, and Exposure LLC does not use cookies to collect personal information. Cookies may also be used by 3rd party content providers such as newsfeeds.
We use Google Analytics – the web analytics service provided by Google Inc. The Google Analytics cookies track activity on this website but do not collect personal information about you. Rather, usage information is stored in aggregate and we use it to see trends and patterns, so we can optimize your user experience.

Refunds
For monthly marketing retainers and services, once the payment goes through for the month the SEO services are started and we will finish up the work for that month. If you cancel immediately after the payment goes through we continue work for that month, and send a final report.
For lectures and workshops offered, all sales are final. Emergency cancelations can have credit applied to a future lecture or workshop, one time only.
Independent Contractor
Exposure LLC, in rendering performance under out terms, shall be deemed an independent contractor and nothing contained herein shall constitute this arrangement to be employment or a partnership.
